Overview

I conduct Extension and Outreach programs in the fields of natural resources (water quality), regional economic development, and farm policy. My research has long been focused on water quality protection, and has, more recently, emphasized the economics of irrigation recycling in the horticulture industry. I assist in the AAEC teaching mission by teaching an undergraduate course in Food and Agricultural Policy.
